We operate a Carer Ticket Scheme, at no additional cost, for our eligible visitors, available for all our Adult Ticket holders. These can be applied for when booking your tickets by following the below instructions (children won’t need an additional carer ticket, as they must be with an adult/guardian anyway – so the scheme only needs to extend to adults).
If you know you’ll be applying for a Carer ticket then please do not buy a ticket for them at your initial booking, as this may not be refunded if your application is approved.

Applications will close 5 days prior to the day you wish to attend, unless sold out earlier. Each Carer ticket is provided on the understanding that your Carer is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an emergency.
All documentation must be dated in the last 12 months or have an indefinite PIP award within the last three year.
We recognise that the list of evidence and documents above is not definitive.
